Marc A. Samson
A native of Quebec, Canada,
Marc began his career as an designer working in print advertising. He became
interested in film making and directed his first short at the age of 17 called
La caisse (The crate).
Marc came back from the NoDance film festival in Utah (2000) with the Audience
award for Best short film for his movie StarGeeks (1999). Stargeeks
also won as a finalist at the Houston film festival and was bought by Atom films
and Lucasfilms as the first film used to promote the StarWars film network in
2001. Marc also wrote and produced the independent shorts The Bedford experiment
(2002) and Hard-bitten (2003). Hard-bitten won 3rd prize at the American
accolades screenplay contest and a Bronze award in the comedy category of the
Houston Film festival. It is currently distributed by IFILM.
Marc also completed is first
feature Interstate, a Scriptpimp recommend selection and "Honorable
mention" winner at the American Screenplay festival (2004). He's currently
working on his third feature screenplay, and is really hoping for a six figure
deal.

Pascal Chappuis
A native of the french speaking side of Switzerland, Pascal won attention internationally with his art school 3D film 'Lup 1', a six-minute mixed live-action 3D-computer-generated movie. In 1997, with multiple awards and festival selections, Pascal accepted a position as a digital artist for Oscar winner effects Studio Rhythm & Hues in Los Angeles.
He moved up to become a lighting team lead on Hollywood productions and commercials
such as Coca-Cola Polar Bears campaign, Scooby Doo, Cat in the Hat, Daredevil,
The Chronicles of Riddick and multiple others. Getting his Professional Photographer's
degree remotely from NYU on the side, he actively and closely participated over
the years on all three of Marc Samson's live-action short films. With that hands-on
set experience then completed by the Cinematography program at UCLA he is now
expanding his digital lighting career to become the Director of Photography
on Marc's first feature, Interstate.
